Book an appointment via our Client Portal in less than 2 minutes and as far as 12 months in advance.

Please note you may be asked to pay a booking fee to secure your appointment.

The fee varies per treatment & ranges from £15-£100. This is deducted from your treatment cost.

Click on the relevant button, to take you to our Client Portal to book an appointment. If you're a new patient or an existing patient and it is your first time using the Client portal please click on Log in and then Register Here.

 The Reception Team may contact you to request Photos to confirm suitability depending on your treatment request.

You can also cancel and re-book your appointments via the client portal and view your accounts. If you do not receive the activation code email when creating an account, please check your junk.

Please note booking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted off of your total treatment cost. You may move your appointment as many times as you wish as long as we have 48 hours notice or more & your booking fee will not be lost. The booking fee can also be used towards different treatments if you change your mind.

We are happy to book appointments up to 12 months in advance to avoid disappointment, what are you waiting for?

Please note we can have a 2-8 week wait as standard during our busy times, this has reduced since opening our new clinic with more staff and availability. We do offer a waitlist for last minute cancellations, please contact the Reception Team if you wish to be added to it. We have various staff members to accommodate you. Our online booking system is live of our availability. Please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to book treatment in advance of any special occasions or events.
